I have been seeking my full blood sister named at birth JOYCE BILL for as many years as I can remember!
You were born on 21 November 1942 in Wealdstone, Harrow, Middlesex and put into the care of Harrow Social Services before adoption.
Joyce and myself were adopted the same week but we went to different families and since 1946 have never had any contact!!
If anyone might know the whereabouts of this person please please make contact.
Joyce will be 60yrs old this November.
