Neighbour, Carmen Lawrence born in Jamaica probably 60-70 years ago is looking for her brother who goes by the name of Nicki Chin Hugh. I believe Chin Hugh was Carmen's maiden name. Seems she has several sisters/brothers but don't have many more of the details. Last know location of this brother was England-but again I don't know where. Would like to be able to help our neighbour find her long lost brother.
