I am looking for my sister, She was adopted as Racheal Ann Norrish and we think she was adopted to Brian and Sylvia we think in Chelmsford area, She was born on 23/06/1972, in southampton and on her birth cert the address is the same one my grandparents live today. She was adopted not long after she was born. Please anyone, any info which you might think is nothing may be the bit we are looking for.
