| Does anyone know where the American Red Cross bases were in London in 1946? I have tried ARC HQ, the Imperial War Museum and British Red Cross without success. An ancestor was photographed in an ARC uniform. The photo is date stamped 1946 and has 'Staff Hill' written on it. (His surname is Arber) Any clues as to were 'Staff Hill' is also very welcome. |
