| My birth name was Bernadette Yvonne Jacobs, mother Ray Alice Jacobs, 3 Peace Terrace (off Vallance Rd), Bethnal Green, E London, born 4 January 1949. I am searching for Ray, my birth mother, my half brother Brian Joe Jacobs born 14 February 1946 at Eye Hospital when Ray was living at 36 Rambler Cottage, Hoxne, Diss, and any other members of my birth family. Ray's national registration number was DYFB 2/ll/5. My father was said to be John Twain, an engineer who met Ray in Suffolk when he was in the army there. Also living at Peace Terrace were Milly & Miriam Jacobs (Grant/Walker), Ray Garcia, and John & Joyce Grant. Any information at all would be gratefully welcomed. |
