| My g.g.grandfather James Campbell married Mary Jane Hyndman ( or Hindman) on May 1,1829 registered in both Tolbooth Church , Edinburgh and Kilmarnock Ayr.They had 2 sons , that I know of :David Noble Campbell b. about 1833 in Scotland and (my g.grandfather ) James Campbell dob.July12,1838 in Edinburgh. By 1842-43 they had emigrated to Nova Scotia, Canada.Looking for a family connection for the elder James Campbell. Would guess his dob somewhere between 1798-1803.Any help out there ???Dave Campbell . |
