Hi.....I would like any information on Alexander ARCHIBALD; born ca 1810 in Scotland. Alexander married Rachel GERRIE ca 1830 in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. They had one child, also named Alexander who was born April 1, 1833 in Drumlasie, Kincardine O'Neill.
It is believed that Alexander Sr. emigrated to Ontario, Canada in the 1830s, possibly to the Bruce County area where he accidently died when he was chopping down trees. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Lois. |
