JOSEPH (JOE) GIBSON, said to be living in Torquay (Devon, England) at least that is where his parents live(d). Age 27, blue eyes, dark blond hair, height 1.75 meters. Last known addresses Yellow Submarine Backpackers Hostel (66 Quay Street in Paddington) and Centrepoint Backpackers Hostel (Ann Street in Fortitude Valley) in Brisbane, Australia. Last seen on the 8th of April 1999. He must have returned to the UK in June/July/August. Is there anyone out there who knows about his whereabouts?
