| I'm trying to trace my half brother Brian Joe Jacobs, dob 14-02-46, born in Hartismere Emergency Hospital, Eye. Father said to be of Spanish origin who my mother Ray Alice met while working as a waitress in Clacton on Sea. They lived for a short while at Rambler Cottage, Hoxne, Diss before moving to Peace Terrace (off Valance Road), Bethnal Green, E. London.
