Hi I am looking for relatives in Ireland. My grandfathers name was John Loughlin. He had brothers named Ambrose, James & John and a sister named Mary. Their fathers name was Ambrose and the mothers name was Catherine O'Hanlon. My family name was once O'Loughlin and my father, brother and nephew are all Ambrose. My grandfather was born in Port Glasgow (Scotland) in 1901 and died in 1935. I never knew him or anything about his family in Ireland. I would be interested to know if anyone knows about my great grandparents Ambrose and Catherine and where in Ireland they came from. I don't know how to find out these things. I would appreciate any help I can in finding out this as I would like to visit Ireland in the next few years and go to my peoples home town. I am relying on the great generousity of the Irish people to help me.
