I am looking for information about my G-g-grandmother Bridget MORAN. I believe she was born in Roscommon County. She and her family came to Brampton in Cumberland about 1840 or so. Her father was James MORAN and her mother was Ann or Nan. She married a Joseph RIDLEY probably in 1865 or so and died Jan 1914 in Durham. In each census I have found she seemed to be staying with her mother. She is not very consistent about her age in any census but was probably born about the late 1820's.
Does anyone have any information about these people?
