| Reports thata I have are that my ggrandfather John Carden was born in Sligo, Ireland in 1832m came to the US (Phelps, New York) in 1851 as a Malster age 19. TO Chicago, Illinois in 1856 and married by then. Believe married in Phelps, Founded Gambrinus Brewery. SLigo Genealogical Society not much help. Ay help would be appreciated. |
