My name is Claire Filer(nee Wood). I am looking for my fathers adopted brother. I don't have too much information.
His birth name was Terence Norris Shayler and he was born i think in the month of December pre 1943.
His mothers name was Elsie May Norris (now Wood).
I think he was born in Oxfordshire and his birth mother had contact with him until he was 3 years old.
