Looking for family of my grt-grt-grt-grandmother JEAN/JANE FRASER born circa 1815 in Scotland, father's name was John Fraser. Mother's name possibly Jessie - but unsure. Father was a Stone Mason at Leith Wynd (?) and had died before 1833.
Jean/Jane married PETER GARDNER CAMPBELL on 28 May 1833 at St Cuthberts Church Edinburgh and emigrated to NZ around 1847/48. They had five children, Peter, John, Anne, Jane Anne, Arhcibald, when they emigrated to NZ, and had four more in NZ. Last known address in Scotland was Portobello, ??? Montrose, Midlothian.
