Born 1845 South Wales - daughter of John West and Eliza Wilson (certificate of marriage detail) - married (1) Matthew Starr (2) Peter Mathews - November 27, 1883 - Inglewood, Victoria - both marriages in Australia..
Recent information:
Possibly born Monmouthshire, South Wales
Possibly the illegitimate daughter of William Riley and Mary Ann West
Possibly arrived in Australia 1856 with her Aunt Eliza
