| My father was adopted but died looking for his ancestors. I believe his mother was a Alice Barrett, her father was a Bryan Barrett who mirgated to Pennsylvania 1884 on the ship Cananidian. She gave him up in a private adoption. I believe that he might have went to Delaware and then to Pennsylvania after docking in Boston, Mass. I have found them on the 1900 and 1910 pa census.
