I am looking for any information on my Grandfather, William Adams whose family came from Gillingham, Kent. His wife was nee Mary Maxwell, who died in 1925. They had four children, George, Maxwell, who died as a baby in Singapore, Edward, known as
Teddy, who was killed in an air-crash, and Henry Robert, known as Harry when a boy, my Father
(1908-1995). Most of the men in the family belonged to The Royal Engineers, apart from my Father who was in The Royal Navy. |
