I am looking for descendents of Elizabeth HOOK, born Dec.16, 1824 to James and Mary HOOK. Elizabeth was christened in Wooler Parish on Dec. 20, 1824. She married John Mills (presumably in Scotland) who was a shepherd in the Cheviot Hills.In 1851, they immigrated to Canada with their two children, Mary Jane (Sept.28,1848) and Thomas (July 2,1851). We would surely like to reconnect with descendent HOOKS and / or MILLS in that area. Can anyone help us?
