Looking for any information on my gr great grand parents. I do not have very much information to start with. My gr grandmother's name was Williamina Thomson and my gr grandfather's ane was William Hogg. They were married on July 15, 1870 in Govan, Lanark, Scotland.
they immigrated to Canada and took up residence in or around Magog, Quebec As far as I have been able to find out they had one daughter Wilhemina Hogg on Nov 29, 1884, who is my grandmother. Now I found in my father's paper work that he had the Name: Wilhemina, Whither of Fife, Thompson Hogg as my grandmother who was born in Magog, Quebec. Any little bit of information would be greatly appreciated. |
