Hi I'm am need a very big favour from anyone in the London area. I have been in contact with IMPERIAL WAR MUSEUM,DEPARTMENT OF DOCUMENTS to find information out about my granddad. He was held as a civilian prisoner of war at the Denis Camp in Paris.
Stephen Walton who I have been in contact with found information out that there is a diary which they have and is said to be 200 pages long which will have information about my granddad in as they were in the same camp. The diary is called WEBB'S diaries. Stephen said if I could give them a couple of days notice I would be welcome to go and either digicamera it or video tape it or read it.Reading it would take forever.
The address is LAMBETH ROAD,SOUTH OF THE RIVER (NEAR LONDON EYE,TATE GALLERY,LAMBETH PALACE).
I will not be able to get to this area as I do not drive due to Rhematoid Arthirist. ANY HELP WILL BE REALLY APPRECIATED. My granddads name is Albert Wilson Bray. THANKING YOU VERY KINDLY
