| LOOKING FOR SON - MICHAEL IAN SMITH as registered on your birth certificate - born November 4, 1970 in Reading, Berkshire. You were adopted to people in Sevenoaks, Kent, I believe as your final adoption date was May 17, 1971 through Sevenoaks County Court. Your files are at CHILDLINK in London. Now I want you to find me.....time is running out...I am on a need-to-know basis - your life is just that - yours, but I am now being selfish by wanting you to find me - even though I 'gave you away'.
