| I am trying to trace the origin of my late fathers CHRISTIAN name,SUTTON.so far I have traced the surnames Davis/Davies,Morris,Jones,Phillips,all with Sutton as a christian name,mostly SHROPSHIRE,DENBIGHSHIRE,MERIONETH,CHESHIRE,STAFFORDSHIRE,Ihave a direct line from Sutton Davies 1770 to David Davies,(1837) born Chester to Geelong Australia.I would like to hear from anyone who has the same interest? |
