| Hi i don't know if anyone would be able to help me, but i am trying to help a friend to locate his birth mother. He doesn't know much information about his mother. His name is now John Welch and he lives in Cornwall. His birth name was Ray Jones. He is 21 and his date of birth is 07/08/1981. He was born in freedom fields hospital which is in Plymouth.
