My heart goes out to all those who are looking for their families!
I am looking for any information I may find about my uncle born Herbert Stansfield in Barnsley Yks. 1908 he died in 1992.
He was adopted by Thomas Cope, my fathers uncle because of the death of Letitia (mother) at his birth. He grew up as Herbert Cope in England. He had a sister Ann who married Stanley Milner. and a brother Frederick Walter Stansfield who
emmigrated to Canada.
