| I am searching for information on an ancestor who was born in Newfoundland in the 1880's and moved to England. Her name was Ireta but as far as I can understand she called herself Rita. Her father was Francis Stokes and her mother was Ester Jane (Spurrell )Stokes. She may have married an Enlishman she met in Halifax. She died in England sometime after the second world war. |
