Looking to contact my birth mother Julie Rice. I was born in Belfast on 27th Nov 1962, my birth name was Dolores.
I was adopted by a RAF (Scottish) father and Irish Mum. It took 3 years for the adoption to be completed because dad did not have Irish residency.
Julie if you are reading this, I have no wish to upset you or distrupt your life or family, but I would like to thank you properly, to know that I am sure you did the best you could at the time, and that I will always love you and be grateful for my life.
