i am looking for Thoams 'tucker ' owen.
He worked for the bicc in the sixties.
I would like to get in touch with him or with any of his family.
I know he is living in liverpool.
I dont want to rock any boats, but i do need to fill a hole. not looking to be welcomed with open arms, just listened to.
