Born in Marston Green Hospital on 10th February 1970 to FLORENCE ALLEN who I believe married and changed name to FLORENCE DONOVAN DOB 16/JUNE/1943. Father was THOMAS COCHRANE living in the COVENTRY area.
I was fostered at nine days old my brother and sister were also taken into care. Brother's name JAMES born in 1966, sister PATRICIA born 1960. At time of my notes (16/01/1979) brother thought to have been fostered in Coventry and sisiter thought to be in London.
