| I am trying to locate my father Paul Higgs, last known to live in Northern Ireland in 1996. He was in the navy from around 1979-1992. I believe that he is married with 3 children, with one aged around 15-16 yrs. He has two sisters Ruth and Rachel, his parents are divorced. His father Christopher lived in Hull in the early eighties. |
