Hello,
I am looking for any information including ancestors, dates, details on Evan Jones and Mary Roberts, who arrived in America around 1800 from Carnavonshire, North Wales and settled in Steuben, NY with their five children and their parents. I don't know the parents' names. The children were John A., Robert Thomas, Evan, Griffith and Mary. My information says John A. was born in 1807, which may or may not match with the arrival date if he were born in Wales. John A. Jones married Margaret Williams and the family moved to Redfield NY at some point. Thanks for any light you might shed on this one!
