I'm looking for my brother - or half-brother I suppose!
He was born to my mother in the early mid-1960s. Could be anytime 1963/1964/1965. Due to many unforseeable confusions we really know almost nothing about him. My mother's name was Vera Jones and she lived in Chester at the time. However the adoption my have taken place elsewhere, but nearby. Also, the adoption was not immediately after birth, but possibly several months later. Finally, her memory is that my brother was taken away from her in a church - some sort of unofficial church adoption agency.
Please please please contact me if you have any ideas on how to to search for this man. And if it is you reading this, big brother, I promise that I don't wish to interfere in your life - I just want to know a bit about you, if you'll let me. (I live in Canada, so am not likely to show up on your doorstep!) Thank you for reading this.
