Hello,
My great grandfather was born on Aug 23, 1865 in the district of Saint Paul's, Hammersmith in the county of Middlesex. His name was Sydney Jesse. His parents were Benjamin Pelly Jesse and Jessie Cooper. Benjamin was an accountant. They also had a daughter named Emma Jesse. Sydney married Jessie Frances Hoppe and came to Quebec Canada in 1906. Is there anyone out there who is a Jesse and can help me find out who Benjamin Pelly Jesse's parents were and if there were any brothers and sisters? As far as I know, my great grandfather was the only Jesse who came to Canada.
