In the 1851 Census, Charles GREENE is shown as a 'Retired Victualler', aged 58 and born in Brentford - I presume this is the 'Brentford' in Middlesex.
He and his wife, Rebecca, were living at 4 Charrington St. St Pancras, with their daughter, Selina.
This gives Charles a birth year of +/- 1793.
He may be a relation (?brother) of David Polhill GREENE, born +/- 1784.
If anyone is researching the GREENE Family and has any information that would further my enquiries, I would be most grateful for their help.
