| Can anyone help with information about JAMES SHANNON who married ELEANOR CORBETT in 1823. James was involved with either the military or the police and came to Australia around 1823/1824.James died in 1833 and Eleanor remarried JAMES SHANAHAN. When Eleanor died in 1878 she had 3 surviving children and 2 females dead from her first marriage and 4 surviving children and 1 male dead from her second marriage. Any information about these people would be appreciated. |
