My grandmother was Mary Ann DAvies, born in 1868 to Jane Morely Phillips & Thomas Davies in Merthyr Tydfil. She came to the U.S. in 1872 with her mother, 3 brothers, John, Evan, & Thomas. Jane & the children were accompanied by her parents, Evan Phillips (born about 1820 in Aberdare) & Mary Morely. Thomas (my ggrandfather) died in about 1879 in a mining accident in Merthyr Tydfil. Jane & the family lived in Utah & are buried there. Anyone with any information about these people will be appreciated.
