Searching relatives of my husband's. His grandfather stowed away on a ship from Belfast (when he was just a teen), and ended up shipwrecked off the Magdalen Islands. He settled there and married and raised his own family. He wrote back home to Ireland, but nobody seems to know the names of who he corresponded with.

Grandfather's name: William John Craig
His mother: Annie Murphy
His father: James Craig
He was born in 1876 and was baptized by Rev. John M.H. Cahill, Parish Priest, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Donegall Street, Belfast, Ireland
I have an old picture showing him as a baby with his mother, father and other siblings. Surely some family members must still be in Ireland.
