Seeking help with my "cradle" name (paternal line).I am a "weary" Senior that has been searching for over 10 yrs now, but not having much luck. Here are my known facts:
James MORRIS & spouse Elizabeth ?to them was born
3 children; Mary Ann b. 1828, William b. 1833 and
John Samuel born 1836. All three children christened, 1 March 1837, St. Peter's parish,Walworth, Surrey.
John Samuel MORRIS age 30 marr. Nov 1868, in the
District Church of St. Paul in the Parish of
St. Mary Newington, Co. of Surrey. To - Emily
BENNETT age 26 (father James BENNETT-occup - Print
Colourer)
Emily BENNETT's siblings (that I know of) -
Frederick Charles BENNETT, minor - occup - Print
Colourer, address: 3 Guilford St.
to- Elizabeth TALBOT,minor, Father - Edward Thomas
TALBOT, occup Coal Vendor, address - 3 Guilford St. married in the Dist. Church of St. Paul, in the Parish of St. Mary Newington, Surrey.
George BENNETT, - family story is that he removed
to Australia in 1890 and became a successful sheep
farmer. Last heard from 1910. Place/district in
Australia unknown.
