| I was born at plaistow maternity hospital on 13/4/62, my birth mothers name was valerie smith and believed to have been 15 at the time,my birth certificate has no fathers details and i know she lived at 631 gail street dagenham essex.my birth was registered at west ham on 1/5/62, and i was adopted through ilford county court late in 62 to alf and pat perry, i believe my birth mother is still around the east london area and just a quick "hello im ok" would be sufficient, i have only been searching for 3 weeks really for the sake of my 6 year old son, if anyone could give me any details i would be grateful regardless of how little it maybe.smith was her maiden name obviously. |
