| I am looking for my brother he was adopted by a couple my parents knew. My mothers name is Valerie Phillips Nee Davis and my fathers name is Spencer Rudolph Phillips, both from Swindon. My brothers name given by my mother was keith Phillips, I do not know his exact bith date but it should be 1964-1966 and could be 13th April. I would really like to know my brother, my mother will not give me any other details about this time in her life, so I am sorry if this information seems vague. Thank you. |
