I am trying to find the parents of my great grandfather Edward Milner born c1838 Latchford, Cheshire, a justice of the peace and a salt manufacturer, as listed on the 1881 census. He had a sister Ellen born Latchford c1840 and a brother Walter born Warrington, Lancashire 1844. They were staying with the brothers George and William Fell in Sankey Street, Warrington, Lancashire and listed as nephews and niece, but i cant find a link to the two surnames as of yet. If anybody has any details please contact me.
