I am looking for my birth parents or relatives - I was born 6th December 1967 - birth name of Katie Evans born in Blackpool adopted surname was Jones. Unfortunately I know nothing else at the moment - I am awaiting the information surrounding my birth. If this date and/or name rings a bell please email me - I have no wish to upset or disrupt anyones lives, I am only curious to find any other family I may have.
