Can anyone please tell me if in Scotland you are allowed to look in the indexes of adoption certificates as we can in London for Welshj and English adoptions. If so can you tell me what information shows in them.
Can anyone recommend any good researchers in Scotland? We are looking for a 35 year old who we know has returned to her records and was told they could not find her mother for her because she was not in Scotland. Well her sister most definately wants to know her. Please if anyone can help me make contact
