I am looking for my mothers uncle, she is frantic to find him. She has not seen him for about 35 years. Last she saw him he had moved to England from Madeira Island to work in a hotel. He is apparently happily married to an English woman, if rumours are correct. His name is either
Elidio Fernandes Nobrega or Elidio Nobrega Fernandes.
