I am trying to trace members / find info about the CROSS family from the ISLE OF WIGHT.
My GG grandfather was Daniel Bernard Cross b 1840 from Essex.
Married Rose Ellen Thomas b 1852 Shanklin IOW.
They had at least 3 children:
Blanche Cross b 1885 ? Bonchurch IOW
Sidney Cross b 1889 ? " "
Francis B Cross (Burney) b 1892 Bonchurch, IOW who was my grandfather. He married Ida Kathleen Griffin b 1899 Lake, Sandown IOW
Their children were:
Brenda (Griffin)
Rosemary Cross
Sheila Cross
Marion Cross
Alan Cross
Charlie Cross
