Hi I am attempting to trace my grandmas sister whom she has had no contact with for approx. 30+ years.
My nans name is now Eileen James (Nelly on birth certificate, and maiden name coolican.) She married Henry Morgan James on Dec. 22nd 1952 and had 3 sons. (Gary, Michael and then Christopher) Her and her sister LILY COLLICAN, were evacuated to different parts of the country during the second world war, and I believe Lily went to Ireland to stay with a grandma.
Lily was married after she returned to England (they both were born and raised in Kilburn, London) and I am led to believe she had one son at least.
They lost contact, and the last my nan ever heard about Lily and her family where that they moved to Canada. How accurate this is though I am not sure. Lily would be roughly between 70 - 75 years of age, and unfortunately I have no idea what her married name is.
I appreciate the details are vague, but if anyone knows anything, or thinks they do - please do not hesitate to contact me asap. Many thanks for reading this message. |
