Does anyone recognize a gentleman by the name of THOMAS DUNCAN? Mr. Duncan comes from Glasgow, Scotland. Mr. Duncan's twin may have died at birth. His mother's maiden name OR name from a second marriage may have been Stewart/Stuart. His religion may have been Protestant. He joined the Merchant Marines (age may have been l8/l9) Mr. Duncan's ship was in New York City in the Winter of l943 and he was about 21/22 years of age at this time. He was a 4th Engineer Officer. I know for sure he was in MALTA, May ll, l944, and his ship may have left New York in the summer of l944, I believe the ship returned to England at this time. He was last heard from in l946 through his correspondence to the U.S.
Mr. Duncan's age would probably be in his late 70's or early 80's.
