| I am trying to find my brother who was given up for adoption when he was born.The name on his birth certificate was Darren Germaine Jacobs born March 5th 1973 at St David's Hospital,Cardiff.He was adopted by a couple from the Hereford area.I would love to finally find you or hear from anyone who might have any information. |
