| STILL SEARCHING...For Info re JESSIE EDWINA nee LAKER. Birth registerd JUNE quarter 1914 in EDMONTON, LONDON UK...she had 2 half sisters from her fathers(ALBERT LAKER) 1st marriage,FLORENCE LAKER..birth registered DEC quarter 1905 in THANET, KENT, & BERTHA LAKER birth registered JUNE quarter 1908...JESSIES mothers maiden name was PEACHEY, & presumably came from THANET.JESSIE EDWINA nee LAKER married ALFRED WILLIAM MURRELL 27th FEB 1937 & was then living at 19 EDINBURGH ROAD, EDMONTON with her father, I think my Father was a lodger as he has the same address on the marriage certificate. They lived for a while in Malham Terrace, Dysons Road, Edmonton where their 1st son was born, later moving to 12 EDINBURGH ROAD, EDMONTON, 1 more son in 1940, a daughter in 1942 a son in 1944. JESSIE left the family home in MARCH 1948 with a 'family friend' named TOMMY..(no surname) & left a note saying she wasn't coming back..according to records they went to live in DONCASTER..We haven't had contact since...would just like to know where she went, if she is still living & if there are any half siblings out there!
