| I am looking for any information on a Gillis Gillies born abt. 1792, married Mary McDonnel (McDougall), both born and married in Scotland. At least one child Catherine, born about 1826 rumored in or around Glasgow. Family had one more child before leaving Scotland to live in Cape Breton Nova Scotia area. |
