I was put up for adoption when ui was 2 i am now 16 i am trying to find my twin sisiter who stayed with my mum and dad. i am also looking for my mum and dad.
i was born on the 28th feb 1987
i was born Emma Gram
i lived in london
i was born in telford hospital
i have been looking for my family ever since i found out i had a blood disorder that only the people in my family can help with. i have 3 years to live and if i don't find them then i have come to an end. my adopted parnts have helped all they can but now i need my real family. i need to live. if anyone knows anything about my mother father or sister can you contact me please i need help. i am not well and i need you. |
